If you haven't heard, Blizzard's newest game Diablo 3, will sport an auction house that will allow you to legally sell items you have obtained in game for real cash. Why is this important to this community? Because we are gamers and what happens with D3 will undoubtedly shape the future of online games. I recently wrote a short article about my experience with real money transactions in games. I would love to go into depth about my experience with Entropia Universe, a game that is based entirely off real money transactions, but will have to do so when time permits. Until then I would like to know, what do you think?

"I want single player! And I like to play on my netbook when I travel but I don't travel often because I have to buy 2 tickets!... but thats another thing!" ... lol favorite line right there..

But yea a cash Auction House sounds awesome.. I mean if you couldn't use in game gold to still buy most of the stuff, I think it'd be pretty lame but you can. So all I see out of this is a way for me to make a few extra dollars if you get really good at the system.
